My Specialization: Healing Relational Wounds
My practice specializes in providing compassionate, focused therapy and coaching to young adults and couples navigating the difficult aftermath of relational trauma. This includes the deep emotional work required after experiences like infidelity, abandonment, narcissistic abuse, codependency, bullying, and divorce. Many of my clients come to me feeling trapped in painful patterns—feeling lost, insecure, or unworthy of love. I understand the weight of those wounds. Together, we move beyond just coping with the pain and strategically rebuild secure connections, achieve reclaimed self-worth, and find lasting peace by healing the core emotional ties that have held you back.

My Approach: Mind, Body, and Spirit
My work is deeply grounded in Attachment Theory, providing the clarity to understand how your early experiences shape your current relationships. To achieve genuine, holistic healing, I integrate evidence-based methods with a focus on mind, body, and spirit. This includes Experiential Therapy and CBT to address emotional and behavioral aspects. Furthermore, Faith-Based Counseling is always available upon request, offering a respectful space to integrate your spiritual journey into your therapeutic goals.
